Our team, along with a wide range of specialists available in areas such as roofing, foundations, chimneys, electrical systems, plumbing, pests, and sewer lines, can assist where needed, to help uncover issues. We also perform our own professional visual inspection. 

 

This approach better allows us to determine the true condition of a property. Once we assess a property's condition, we can accept the condition as-is, negotiate repairs, request repair credits, or decide to walk away from a property, ensuring our buyer receives their full deposit back as clearly outlined in the purchase contract.

We will complete a buyer purchasing profile to ensure we fully understand our buyer's purchasing goals. We will inform our buyers of how the process works and offer suggestions to achieve their goals.

 

The loan process can be quite tricky. We will discuss the loan process and a buyer's best options for getting fully approved with a loan and receive a written approval document to make offers more compelling . Finally, we will discuss our outstanding buyer credit program that will help pay transaction closing costs!
