If you are interested in our services, Nicki will send out one of our team members (likely Mike, Walter, Alex, or Lauren) to your property to meet, chat, and review property condition and other important attributes. This is simply a courtesy meet-up, with no pressure! We will provide a disclosure form, marketing materials, and a property valuation.

3. Then, if and when you are ready to officially list your property, we will meet again to start our professional listing process.
